Zverev Advances to the Third Round of the Australian Open

Alexander Zverev once again showed some ups and downs in his performance, but advanced to the third round of the Australian Open, defeating Frenchman Alexandre Muller. The German tennis player, ranked No. 3 in the world, won 6-3, 4-6, 6-3, 6-4 and secured his place in the '32', where he will face a challenging opponent, Briton Cameron Norrie (No. 27). The 28-year-old Zverev, who had lost a set in the first round (against Canadian Gabriel Diallo), took the first set relatively easily but then had a... blackout and allowed Muller to come back and equalize. He then raised his performance again and reached the victory, without being affected by the 30-minute interruption of the match in the third set due to rain.
