XM Limassol Marathon: Countdown Begins for Cyprus's Biggest Sporting Event

Limassol is preparing to host the XM Limassol Marathon, Cyprus's largest sporting event, on the weekend of March 21st and 22nd. More than 17,000 runners from 68 countries are expected to participate, confirming the international character of the marathon. The event includes six routes for all ages and fitness levels, starting with the Primetel Corporate Race 5km and the McDonald’s Kids Race on Saturday, and culminating with the XM Marathon 42km, the Muskita Half Marathon 21km, the Petrolina Energy Road 10km and the Axlebolt Individual Road 5km on Sunday. The marathon has a strong social character, supporting the Pan-Cypriot Multiple Sclerosis Association and promoting sustainability through the GO BLUE initiative by Muskita Aluminium Industries. Over 800 volunteers will contribute to the event.
