Trilateral Cooperation and the Role of the EU in the Eastern Mediterranean

Cyprus and Greece continue to strengthen their trilateral cooperation with other countries in the region, such as Cyprus, Greece, and Egypt. These meetings, at the level of Foreign Ministers, aim to promote peace, stability, and development in the Eastern Mediterranean. The need to expand cooperation, with the participation of Jordan, Palestine, and potentially the European Union, is highlighted as important for addressing the challenges in the region. Trilateral initiatives have already yielded results and are expected to continue contributing to the consolidation of positive relations and the resolution of problems.
