Over One Million Households Without Heating and Water in Ukraine After Russian Strikes

Over one million households in the Dnipropetrovsk region of central Ukraine are without water and electricity following Russian strikes on the country's energy infrastructure. The Ukrainian Ministry of Energy reports that approximately 800,000 consumers are without power in the region. In addition, power has been cut to eight mines in the area, resulting in the evacuation of workers. Ukrainian authorities are working to restore power and ensure the safety of employees. The situation remains critical as low temperatures exacerbate living conditions for those affected.
