Mitsotakis and Erdogan Hold Meeting in Ankara, Sign Six Agreements

Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis met with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Ankara, in a meeting that lasted approximately 1.5 hours. Following the meeting, the two leaders made joint statements to the press. During the High-Level Cooperation Council, six agreements and a joint declaration were signed. The agreements cover various areas, including investment, a Thessaloniki-Smyrna ferry connection, cooperation within the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation, earthquake preparedness, cultural exchange, and scientific/technological cooperation. The agreements aim to strengthen cooperation between Greece and Turkey.
