IMPORTANT DEVELOPMENT WITH KENDRIKE NAN

Panathinaikos enters a new challenging week in the Euroleague with a home game against Baskonia. The team, coached by Ergin Ataman, is currently experiencing a series of defeats, having lost to Olympiacos, Armani, and Bayern in the early weeks of 2024. Kendrick Nunn remains out of the 12-man roster due to individual training, as does Dinos Mitoglou. However, the news regarding Nunn's condition is optimistic, as he is showing steady improvement and the problem is not considered serious. Nevertheless, Panathinaikos does not want to take any risks and therefore Nunn will not play against Baskonia. He is expected to travel with the team for the game in Israel, with the aim of being available for the crucial match against Maccabi Tel Aviv. The team is trying to put the defeats behind them and start a new effort in the Euroleague, aiming to improve their performance and return to winning ways.

Η ομάδα του Εργκίν Αταμάν δεν βρίσκεται σε καλό «φεγγάρι» και θέλει να αφήσει πίσω τις ήττες από Ολυμπιακό, Αρμάνι και Μπάγερν οι οποίες σημειώθηκαν στις πρώτες εβδομάδες του 2026, κάνοντας νέα αρχή. Εκτός 12άδας παραμένει ο Κέντρικ Ναν που συνεχίζει τις ατομικές προπονήσεις, αλλά και ο Ντίνος Μήτογλου.
Τα νεότερα γύρω από τον Κέντρικ Ναν πάντως είναι αισιόδοξα. Η κατάστασή του παρουσιάζει σταθερή βελτίωση τις τελευταίες ημέρες και το πρόβλημα που ταλαιπωρεί τον Αμερικανό δεν χαρακτηρίζεται σοβαρό.
Οι Πράσινοι πάντως δεν ήθελαν να ρισκάρουν και για αυτό δεν θα παίξει κόντρα στην Μπασκόνια, ωστόσο όλα δείχνουν ότι θα ταξιδέψει για το Ισραήλ. Με βάση τα τωρινά δεδομένα, το πιο πιθανό σενάριο είναι ο Ναν να είναι διαθέσιμος για το κρίσιμο παιχνίδι με τη Μακάμπι Τελ Αβίβ.
