Giannis Antetokounmpo Named All-Star Starter for 10th Consecutive Year

The NBA announced the starters for the All-Star Game, with Giannis Antetokounmpo being selected for the 10th consecutive year. Joining him in the Eastern Conference starting lineup are Jalen Brown, Jalen Brunson, Cade Cunningham, and Tyrese Maxey. In the Western Conference, the starters are Luka Doncic, Steph Curry, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Nikola Jokic, and Victor Wembanyama. The starters were chosen through a combination of fan votes (50%), player votes, and a media panel. Notably, LeBron James was not selected as a starter for the first time in 21 years, but remains a candidate as a reserve. This year's All-Star Game will be held on February 15th in Inglewood, California, and will feature a new format with three teams.
