Fire in Latsia Home: Three to Hospital Due to Smoke Inhalation

A fire broke out in a home in Latsia, prompting a mobilization of the Fire Service. Three fire engines were dispatched to the scene to extinguish the flames. During the firefighting efforts, two residents and a neighbor suffered smoke inhalation and were taken to the hospital as a precaution. The fire caused damage to one room of the house and appears to have started from an electric heater. The Police are investigating the circumstances of the fire.
