European Commission Welcomes Phase 2 of Gaza Peace Plan

The European Commission has welcomed the commencement of the second phase of the United Nations' 20-point plan for peace in Gaza, as outlined in UN Security Council Resolution 2803. The plan includes the establishment of a Palestinian National Committee to govern Gaza, with the support of the Palestinian Authority.
