Document Stamping via Tax For All Portal from April 1st

The process of document stamping will change from April 1st, the Tax Department informs. The change results from the abolition of the Stamp Duties Laws of 1963 to 2025 with Law N.239(I)/2025 of 01/01/2026. Under the new process, which will take effect from April 1st, documents subject to stamp duty, according to the Tax Department’s announcement of 09/01/2026, will be submitted through the Tax For All (TFA) portal and will be presented for stamping at the local Provincial Offices of the Tax Department, after being examined and the due stamp duty paid. It is noted that the new process can be followed by anyone with a Tax Identification Number (TIN) and an active account on TFA, regardless of whether they are a party to the document. A related Explanatory Guide with the process to be followed has been posted on the Tax Department’s website in the Tax Reform section.
