Greece is facing a deadly storm that has caused widespread damage. Two people have lost their lives: a 56-year-old woman in Ano Glyfada was swept away by the torrents of a stream, and a 53-year-old port official in Astros Kynouria fatally hit his head while trying to moor boats. In Cyprus, the Meteorological Service reports that the weather today will be cloudy with local showers and dust, while winds will be moderate to strong. However, a new weather disturbance is expected from Friday evening with local showers, isolated thunderstorms, and snow in the mountains. The winds will be strong, and hail is possible during a storm.
