Cloud9 Embarks on a New Culinary Chapter with Michelin-Starred Chef Michael Nørtoft

This November and December, Cloud9 – the fine dining restaurant at ARARAT The Signature Collection – welcomes the next Michelin-starred Chef Michael Nørtoft from Denmark, as part of its celebrated Guest Chef concept.
Chef Nørtoft is the Head Chef and co-owner of Ti Trin Ned, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Fredericia, Denmark, celebrated for its refined yet natural approach to modern Nordic cuisine. His philosophy focuses on seasonality, precision, and emotion — crafting dishes that tell a story through simplicity and depth of flavour.
In 2025, Chef Nørtoft received the Michelin Chef Award Nordic, recognising his innovative spirit and contribution to the evolution of fine dining in Scandinavia.
His collaboration with Cloud9 begins the next chapter in an exceptional culinary journey and will run throughout November and December, where he will serve as Guest Chef, leading Cloud9’s culinary direction and presenting a menu designed to awaken the senses and redefine Limassol’s fine dining scene. The menu will change in December, introducing new creations inspired by the season.
