CFA: Andreas Morias Succeeds Anthoulis Mylonas as General Director

Andreas Morias has been appointed as the new General Director of the Cyprus Football Association (CFA), succeeding Anthoulis Mylonas, who will remain in the position until his retirement next summer. Until then, Mr. Morias will serve as Deputy General Director. Andreas Morias has been working at the CFA since 1997 and currently holds the position of Financial Director. He is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and has many years of experience in managing the financial and strategic affairs of the Federation. His duties include responsibility for all financial activities and accounting functions of the CFA, such as internal audits, risk analysis, budget preparation and monitoring, investments, and project management. In addition, he is the Director of Social and Environmental Sustainability, responsible for designing and implementing the Federation’s sustainability strategy.
