Boost to the Economy of the Occupied Territories

Trade between the occupied territories and the free areas through the Green Line Regulation amounted to 6.6 million euros during the January-June 2025 period. However, a decrease of 18% was observed compared to 2024, mainly due to reduced transactions in building materials, vegetables, and textiles. Despite the decrease, trade remains significant and provides a boost to the economy of the occupied territories, despite existing bureaucratic difficulties.
