The Bank of Cyprus has responded swiftly to the foot-and-mouth disease crisis in the province of Larnaca, providing protective and hygiene equipment to municipalities, the Voroklini municipal district, and the National Guard. The offering includes suits, pharmaceuticals, and disinfectants approved for use in livestock units, aiming to strengthen operational capabilities for control and disinfection. The Director of the Larnaca/Ammochostos Region of the Bank of Cyprus, Michalis Ttiniozou, emphasized the importance of collective action during crises and the Bank's steadfast commitment to local communities and economic stability. The Mayors of Aradippou and Athienou, and the Deputy Mayor of Voroklini, expressed their gratitude for the Bank's support.
