AKEL Leader Sends Letters to President and Finance Minister on Electricity Supply and Vasilikos Terminal

The General Secretary of AKEL, Stefanos Stefanou, sent letters to the President of the Republic, Nikos Christodoulides, and the Minister of Finance, Makis Keravnos, regarding important issues concerning Cyprus's energy security and public finances. In the letter to the President, he highlights the risks of power outages and proposes measures to ensure an adequate electricity supply. In the letter to the Minister of Finance, he refers to the return of €67 million related to the natural gas terminal in Vasilikos and requests the assurance of the development actions of the “THALEIA” program.
