A fatal traffic accident occurred in the province of Limassol on Sunday afternoon, claiming the life of 66-year-old Kyriakos Kyriacou. The accident happened when the 66-year-old, while driving his car, attempted to turn right towards Limassol, obstructing the path of a motorcycle driven by a 40-year-old. Both drivers were injured, but the 66-year-old succumbed to his injuries at the hospital. The 40-year-old motorcyclist is hospitalized in serious condition. Police announced that the motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet and did not have a driver's license, while investigating whether the 66-year-old was wearing a seatbelt.
