Police Schedule: Supreme Court Refers SAK PASYDY to the Administrative Court

SAK PASYDY filed an application to the Supreme Court regarding the Chief of Police's decision on the working hours of police officers. The union disagreed with the implementation of a continuous 11-hour schedule instead of 12-hour, without prior consultation. The Supreme Court ruled that the issue should potentially be examined by the Administrative Court, as there is no judicial precedent in a similar case. SAK PASYDY is now considering appealing or filing a lawsuit in the Administrative Court to protect the rights of its members. The union describes the Chief of Police's decision as an unprecedented and one-time action.
