Three Options for Annie Alexoui to Provide Testimony and End the 'Serial'

The Minister of Justice, Kostas Fytiris, stated that Ioanna Fotiou (Annie Alexoui) has three options to submit testimony and evidence regarding her allegations: to travel to Cyprus, to testify abroad, or to send the evidence through her lawyer. The goal is to advance the investigation and end the ongoing publicity surrounding the case. Mr. Fytiris clarified that the initiative rests with Ioanna Fotiou herself. She has expressed reservations about traveling to Cyprus due to outstanding warrants and concerns for her safety. Testifying abroad could be done by sending a team from Cyprus. The third option is to send a written complaint and evidence through her lawyer, which will be received by the Minister and forwarded to the competent authorities. The Minister will receive a complaint and evidence, but not a testimony. Mr. Fytiris emphasized that he receives complaints and forwards them to the prosecution authorities, but does not conduct investigations. Annie Alexoui's lawyer will act as a trusted person and transmitter of the evidence. The authenticity of the evidence submitted will be investigated.
