Terror on Flight in Nigeria, Engine Exploded in the Air (VIDEO)

An Arik Air plane flying from Lagos to Port Harcourt in Nigeria was forced to make an emergency landing in Benin after an explosion and serious damage to the left engine. The incident occurred mid-flight and was captured in a video by passengers, showing the engine severely damaged. Despite the loud bang and visual damage, no injuries were reported among the 80 passengers. The Nigerian Safety Investigation Bureau has launched an investigation to determine the cause of the incident. The aircraft was a Boeing 737-700 (Regd. 5N-MJF) with a CFM56-7B20 engine.
