Three Options from Fytiris to Annie to Advance Investigation

The Minister of Justice, Kostas Fytiris, stated that Ioanna Fotiou (Annie Alexoui) has three options to submit a deposition and evidence regarding the case that concerns society. These options are traveling to Cyprus for a deposition, depositing abroad, or sending a complaint and evidence through her lawyer. Mr. Fytiris emphasized that the initiative belongs to Ioanna Fotiou herself, who, according to information, does not wish to travel to Cyprus due to pending warrants and concerns for her safety. Depositing abroad is an option that has been used in the past, with the possibility of sending a team to take a deposition. The third option is to send a written complaint and evidence through her lawyer, which will be received by the Minister of Justice and forwarded to the competent authorities for investigation. Mr. Fytiris clarified that he will not take a deposition, but a complaint and evidence. The Minister of Justice stated that he receives complaints and forwards them to the prosecution authorities, while Annie's lawyer will act as a trusted person and transmitter of the evidence. He also stressed that the authenticity of the evidence to be submitted through a lawyer will be investigated.
