A mother, Maria Koliou, accuses a private school and officials from the Ministry of Education of covering up and refusing to provide an escort for her child, despite the existence of medical certificates and evaluations indicating this need. The mother states that the school initially rejected cooperation with a speech therapist and special education, and later refused to accept a medical opinion for an escort, even after an assessment by the provincial special education committee. Furthermore, the mother claims that the Ministry of Education accused her of not sending her child to school, despite having a medical certificate stating the child's inability to return due to anxiety and gastroesophageal reflux. The report of the Children's Rights Commissioner, according to the mother, confirms the violation of the child's rights. The mother expresses her disappointment with the lack of sensitivity and indifference of the Ministry officials.
