Turkey: 5.1 Magnitude Earthquake in Denizli Province

A strong earthquake of magnitude 5.1 struck Denizli province in southwestern Turkey this morning. According to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre, the earthquake occurred at 09:21 (local time), with its epicenter in the Buldan district of Denizli, Turkey. It had a depth of 7 kilometers and was felt in surrounding provinces, such as Usak, Aydin, Mugla and Burdur. No damage or injuries have been reported so far.
