European Charlemagne Youth Prize Rewards Visionary Young People

The application process is underway for the 2026 European Charlemagne Youth Prize, a joint initiative of the European Parliament and the Charlemagne Prize Foundation of Aachen. The prize is open to young people aged 16-30 and concerns projects that promote democracy, social cohesion, and the active participation of young people in the EU. Projects should strengthen European identity and integration. National winners will be invited to Aachen for the award ceremony, where the three best European projects will also be announced and receive financial prizes. The application deadline is February 2nd.
