UK Foreign Office Issues Travel Advisory Including Cyprus Amid Regional Tensions

The UK Foreign Office has issued a travel advisory for at least 18 countries in the wider Middle East region, including Cyprus, due to increased regional tensions stemming from the ongoing crisis and violence within Iran. The advisory urges British citizens to take extra precautions when travelling, as escalating tensions could cause travel problems and other unforeseen consequences. Affected countries include the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Turkey, Oman, Jordan, Qatar, and others.
