Συνεχίζει το κατοχικό καθεστώς να πωλεί ελληνοκυπριακές περιουσίες σε ξένους. Συνεχίζουν να βγάζουν στο σφυρί κλεμμένες περιουσίες. Το «υπουργικό συμβούλιο» του κατοχικού καθεστώτος αποφάσισε ( βάσει του «περί απόκτησης και μακροπρόθεσμης ενοικίασης ακίνητης περιουσίας νόμου 52/2008»), την παραχώρηση «άδειας» σε 180 αλλοδαπούς για απόκτηση μέσω αγοράς, ακίνητης περιουσίας στα κατεχόμενα. Σκοπίμως τα ονόματα και η εθνικότητα των αγοραστών των ελληνοκυπριακών περιουσιών.

Occupied Properties Put Up for Sale
The occupation regime continues to sell Greek Cypriot properties to foreigners. The so-called “cabinet” of the occupation regime decided to grant “permission” to 180 foreigners to purchase real estate in the occupied territories, based on law 52/2008. This decision constitutes a continuing violation of the rights of legitimate owners and is condemned by the Republic of Cyprus. This practice is part of an effort to alter the demographic character of the occupied territories and undermines the prospects for a just and sustainable solution to the Cyprus problem. The names and nationality of the buyers are deliberately not disclosed.
