7Q Invest I Multi Opportunities' Stake in LCP Holdings Reaches 75.47%

7Q Invest I Multi Opportunities has increased its stake in LCP Holdings and Investments to 75.47%, equivalent to 19,362,976 shares, following the completion of the acceptance period for the public offer. The public offer expired on January 20, 2026. 7Q Invest AIF V.C.I.C. PLC, acting on behalf of the investment division 7Q Invest I Multi Opportunities, had initially aimed to acquire up to 100% of LCP Holdings' share capital. Prior to the acceptance period, 7Q Invest already held 41.87% (10,741,813 shares) and related parties held 26.11% (6,699,312 shares), totaling 67.98%. During the acceptance period, acceptances were received for 1,967,251 shares, representing 7.67% of the total voting rights. In total, 7Q Invest's direct stake now amounts to 49.54% (12,709,064 shares), while the stake of related parties is 25.94% (6,653,912 shares). Thus, 7Q Invest's total direct and indirect stake in LCP Holdings' share capital reaches 75.47%. 7Q Invest did not purchase shares through stock exchange transactions after the announcement of the public offer. The final acceptance rate may be adjusted after reviewing the acceptance forms and accompanying documents.
