Greek Cypriot Detained in Pseudo-State While Gathering Greens Near Dead Zone

A Greek Cypriot has been detained in the pseudo-state, accused of "violating a prohibited military zone" while gathering greens near the dead zone in the Gerolakkos area. The Republic of Cyprus has initiated actions for his immediate release. The man was initially brought before a "military court" and then to a "court" in occupied Nicosia. According to the media in the occupied territories, 16 hunting cartridges were found in his vehicle, originating from the free areas. The "police" requested his detention to ensure his future appearance in "court", and his imprisonment in the "central prisons" for a period of up to four days was ordered. The case is under the attention of the Republic of Cyprus, which is making efforts for the swift release of the Greek Cypriot.
