Giorgatzis Enters New Testing Phase for the 2026 EURONASCAR Season

Cypriot driver Vladimir Giorgatzis is in a new phase of testing in preparation for the start of the 2026 EURONASCAR season. The new racing season is characterized by a limited time for teams to work on the car's setup, which is expected to highlight the drivers' skills more. The tests began after a break due to the replacement of changes in the cars based on the new regulations and due to adverse weather conditions in Europe. The first day of testing was successful, with Giorgatzis stating that he has adapted to the new settings. Emphasis is also placed on testing with the new Hoosier rain tires for 2026, which have a different compound compared to previous years. Giorgatzis expects more exciting battles between drivers due to the limited ability to adjust the cars. The first race of the new season will be held on April 18-19 at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo track in Spain, followed by races in France, Great Britain, the Czech Republic, Italy and Belgium. Giorgatzis' sponsor is Capital.com, while his supporters are ALCO Filters, Psaltis Auto Parts, Televantos Used Trucks, Serenity Boutique Houses, Sana Hiltonia and Daytona Raceway.
