Fire Breaks Out in Latsia Home, Three People Hospitalized

A fire broke out in a room of a house in Latsia on Sunday afternoon, prompting a response from the Fire Service and the Police. The fire was extinguished, but three people, the two residents and a neighbor, were taken to the hospital due to smoke inhalation. The room sustained extensive damage, while the cause of the fire appears to be an electric heater, according to the Fire Service. The residents' timely evacuation prevented injuries, however, smoke inhalation necessitated medical attention.
