President: Plans for Full Coverage, Restoration and Regeneration of Livestock Farming

The President of the Republic, Nikos Christodoulides, assured that the government has a complete plan for the restoration of livestock farming, which has been affected by recent fires. During a meeting with community leaders in Pakhna, the President announced that an amount of 60 million euros has been allocated to address the challenges arising from the fires. The plan includes covering the loss of profits for livestock farmers, replenishing animal losses, and addressing problems in the occupied territories. President Christodoulides called on all stakeholders to cooperate to regenerate and strengthen livestock farming in the country. Additionally, he stressed the need to improve livestock units and address problems related to the ceasefire line and the British Bases.
