A violent clash between foreign nationals in the Agia Zoni area of Limassol resulted in the arrest of 12 individuals, including two women. Police state that their immediate intervention led to the swift apprehension of those involved. Investigations are extending to other individuals potentially linked to serious offenses, aiming to safeguard public safety. Authorities believe the conflict stemmed from personal disputes between two rival groups. One of the arrested claims to have been abducted and assaulted, while three required hospital treatment. Four more individuals who participated in the clash are still being sought. Eleven of the arrested are students, and their residency status will be reviewed.
