Iran warns US: "Do not test our determination"

The speaker of the Iranian parliament, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, warned the US not to "test" Iran's determination to defend its country, amid reports of the deployment of additional US troops to the Middle East. Ghalibaf stated that Iran is closely monitoring US movements in the region, particularly the deployment of troops. Meanwhile, the Iranian Navy announced that it had launched cruise missiles towards the direction of the US aircraft carrier Abraham Lincoln, warning of possible further strikes. According to the announcement, the missiles forced the aircraft carrier to change position. The commander of the Iranian Navy, Admiral Shahram Irani, warned that the aircraft carrier would be the target of strong strikes as soon as it entered the range of Iranian missile systems. These statements come at a time of escalating tensions between Iran and the US, following recent US-Israeli strikes on Iran. These actions are a response to the US-Israeli strikes, with Iran stating that it is defending its sovereignty and security. The situation in the region remains unstable and there is fear of further escalation of the conflict.
