Suspect Surrenders in Thessaloniki Murder Case

The 23-year-old suspect in the murder of the 20-year-old in Kalamaria has surrendered to the Thessaloniki Security. The young man claims he was ambushed by the victim and four other individuals, and that he used the knife to defend himself. According to initial reports, the 20-year-old sustained two stab wounds, one to the chest and one to the back. The body has been transferred to the morgue for toxicological and DNA tests, as well as a CT scan. Authorities had already identified the perpetrator and are investigating the motive for the murder, examining both fan-related motives and personal disputes. Witnesses are giving statements to the police to shed light on the case.
