On February 6th, a French citizen was arrested with 20 boxes of cigarettes lacking the necessary health warnings, ultimately paying a fine of €800 for release. On February 12th, a Cypriot driver was arrested with 30 boxes of heated cigarettes without the required warnings, leading to the confiscation of her vehicle and a fine of €1200 (€900 for the cigarettes and €300 for the vehicle's return). Finally, on February 15th, a Cypriot driver was arrested with 80 liters of gasoline in plastic containers, violating the Green Line Regulation, and paid a fine of €400 for release. All confiscations occurred during checks on individuals and vehicles crossing from the occupied territories to the free areas.
