Jeffrey Epstein Ordered Copy of 'Massacre of the Innocents', Documents Reveal

Documents released by the U.S. Department of Justice reveal that Jeffrey Epstein had ordered a copy of Cornelis van Haarlem's painting 'The Massacre of the Innocents' for his New Mexico villa. The order was placed in 2010, on the Feast of the Holy Innocents, and the artwork was placed at the entrance of the Zorro Ranch. This adds another dark element to the image of the convicted sex offender Epstein. Furthermore, the files show his interest in artworks with a similar theme, such as those by Rubens and Caravaggio, as well as his connections to the art world and major collectors.
