President of Cyprus Visits Bahrain Investment Authority

The President of the Republic, Nikos Christodoulides, paid an official visit to Manama, Bahrain. During the visit, he visited the Bahrain Sovereign Wealth Fund, where he met with officials and the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of the country. The meetings likely focused on investment opportunities and bilateral economic cooperation. Subsequently, President Christodoulides visited the National Museum of Bahrain, where he was guided through the premises by the President of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities. The visit to the museum highlights Cyprus's interest in the cultural heritage and historical relations with Bahrain. Tomorrow, the President of the Republic will address the business forum organized by the Chambers of Commerce of Cyprus and Bahrain, aiming to promote trade and investment relations between the two countries. In addition, he will inaugurate the Embassy of the Republic of Cyprus in Manama, marking the strengthening of Cyprus's diplomatic presence in Bahrain. The President Christodoulides' visit to Bahrain is part of Cyprus's efforts to deepen its relations with the countries of the Middle East, both economically and culturally. The inauguration of the Embassy and participation in the business forum are expected to contribute to the further development of cooperation between Cyprus and Bahrain.
