PASYKAF at the 5th SUNRISE Project Meeting in Rome

The SUNRISE project, funded by the European Union, is in the phase of wider implementation at the European level, aiming to promote health and prevent cancer from a young age through digital tools. PASYKAF participated in the 5th meeting of the project in Rome, where the progress of pilot actions in schools, coordination between countries and addressing challenges were discussed. Particular emphasis was placed on the exploitation of digital innovation, such as digital ecosystems, interactive tools and social media actions, to improve the life skills of adolescents and adopt healthy behaviors. The project partners, including PASYKAF, also discussed issues of communication, dissemination of results and the long-term impact of SUNRISE, examining ways to utilize the results at the policy level. The meeting concluded with the setting of common priorities and next steps for the full implementation, evaluation and communication of the actions. PASYKAF actively contributes to the SUNRISE project through the design, implementation and evaluation of innovative digital interventions, leveraging technology to reach young people in modern and meaningful ways. The goal is to enhance their life skills and promote healthy behaviors for long-term public health benefits. The SUNRISE project develops and implements digital tools that strengthen sustainable, healthy behavioral changes in adolescents, contributing to the improvement of public health through solutions that are youth-friendly and based on scientific data.
