Real Madrid Fans Condemn Alonso's Dismissal, Blame President and Players

Following the dismissal of manager Xabi Alonso from Real Madrid, Marca conducted a poll to gauge fan reaction. An overwhelming majority (79%) of participants deemed the decision very poor, while 80% believed the timing was inappropriate. Fans appear to place the blame for the negative results on the management, specifically president Florentino Pérez (48%), and the players themselves (46%), leaving a very small percentage (6%) attributing responsibility to Alonso. Regarding the evaluation of Alonso's work, 47% consider it quite good, 25% good, and 6% excellent, with only 22% finding it disappointing. The majority (76%) doubt the ability of Álvaro Arbeloa to succeed him, believing he lacks experience. Furthermore, 90% of respondents believe that Florentino Pérez made a poor plan and did not adequately support the coach. The poll reflects strong dissatisfaction among Real Madrid fans with the management's decision and the assumption of responsibility by those involved.
