Mark Zuckerberg is expanding his already impressive real estate portfolio with a landmark purchase in Miami. The Meta Platforms CEO and his wife, Priscilla Chan, completed the purchase of a luxury estate valued at $170 million on Monday, according to The Wall Street Journal. The deal ranks among the most expensive ever completed in the United States and a new record for Miami-Dade County. The property is located in the exclusive, gated community of Indian Creek in Miami, an area nicknamed “Billionaire Bunker.” The artificial island, spanning approximately 300 acres, has just 41 waterfront lots and is home to some of the world’s most powerful business, sports, and entertainment figures. The home, spanning 2,800 square meters, includes nine bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, four half-baths, a private dock, a bar, and an elevator, along with spaces for a gym, cinema, library, and aquarium.
