Agriculture Minister Seeks Practical Solutions for Farmers, Aims to Reduce Bureaucracy

The Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment, Maria Panagiotou, stated that the government is seeking practical solutions for farmers, without bureaucratic procedures. The statement comes after the temporary postponement of mobilizations by agricultural organizations, following a meeting with officials from state services at the initiative of the Minister. The government has submitted a proposal to KOAP to address the problems of farmers, which is expected to be evaluated by the European Commission. Minister Panagiotou emphasized the importance of avoiding bureaucracy and ensuring that farmers can focus on cultivating the land.
