Mantoles, Andriana and Karistianou at Event in Nicosia

A moving event titled "The Voice of Mothers" took place in Nicosia, with the participation of five women from Cyprus, Greece, Palestine, and Ukraine. Harita Mantoles, a Cypriot refugee from the 1974 invasion, shared her tragic story, describing the atrocities she experienced and the loss of her loved ones. The event aimed to give a voice to mothers who have suffered unbearable pain and to highlight the consequences of conflicts on civilians.
