Fuel Prices in Cyprus: Finding the Lowest Prices Islandwide, Significant Difference from Averages

Fuel prices in Cyprus continue to rise due to the war in the Middle East and the surge in international oil prices. The average retail price for 95 octane gasoline is €1.552 per liter and for diesel is €1.789 per liter. However, there is a significant difference between the average prices and the lowest price available at a gas station islandwide, which is located in Larnaca (€1.448 for gasoline and €1.698 for diesel). The government has announced support measures, including a reduction in the excise tax and the non-imposition of the green tax.
