Shocking Allegations Against Diagnostic Center: Serving Animals at Night

A diagnostic center contracted with the Cyprus National Health System (GeSY) is facing serious allegations of providing services to humans during the day and to pets at night. According to information broadcast by Alpha Cyprus television, the center allegedly accepts animals through a back entrance, in collaboration with veterinarians, to avoid attention. A testimony from a dog owner states that an MRI scan for his pet was scheduled during evening hours and he was asked to enter through a secondary entrance. The center's staff allegedly inquired about the dog's leash, and the examination cost €410, paid in cash. In addition to the use of the space for animal examinations, questions are being raised about the method of payment, as cash is requested for services provided to pets. This raises concerns about potential tax violations and lack of transparency. So far, there has been no official statement from the Ministry of Health regarding the allegations. The case is under investigation, and developments are expected in the coming days.
