Israel: Over 12,000 Bombs Dropped on Iran – 'In 18 Days We Dropped What We Would Drop in a Year'

Israel has dropped over 12,000 bombs on Iran in over 8,500 strikes against Iranian regime targets in the last 18 days, according to the IDF. This number corresponds to the number of bombs that would be used in a year. Approximately 3,600 of these hit targets in Tehran. The Israeli Air Force has carried out 5,700 missions and 540 waves of attacks in central and western Iran, as well as 50 waves further east. Military officials report that over 85% of Iran's air defense systems have been destroyed, including advanced systems. The tactic used includes continuous air operations and rapid attacks on new targets, with the help of real-time intelligence. According to the Israeli Army, this tactic led to the assassination of Iranian Information Minister Esmail Khatib. Israeli forces have destroyed approximately 470 ballistic missile launchers, about 60% of the total number.
