Iran: Israel-US Strikes Have Damaged 120 Museums

Strikes by the United States and Israel on Iran have damaged at least 120 museums and historical buildings, including the Golestan Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The damage also affects the Marble Palace, the Timurid Museum and the Sadabad Palace in Tehran. The attacks began on February 28 and have triggered a war in the region. Iran has a significant cultural heritage, which has also been damaged in other areas, such as Naqsh-e-Jahan Square in Isfahan and historical buildings in Bushehr.
