The Legal Service will make the final decisions regarding the charge against the mother accused of giving tranquilizers to her 7-year-old child. The Limassol TAE is investigating the case as attempted murder, as the father found the child in a comatose state after the mother allegedly gave him her medication. The child received medical care and was discharged, while the mother is hospitalized at Athalassa Hospital. The case file will be sent to the Legal Service to determine the final indictment.
