Embassy in Athens Opens Condolence Book for George Vassiliou

The Embassy of the Republic of Cyprus in Athens has announced the opening of a condolence book for the recently deceased former President of Cyprus, George Vassiliou. The book will be available for signing at both the Embassy in Athens and the Consulate General in Thessaloniki, from today, Thursday, until Monday, January 19th. This move is a sign of mourning and respect for the late President. Furthermore, the Embassy announced the postponement of all official events and activities during the national mourning period, which lasts from January 15th to 17th, the day of the Funeral Service.
