Novartis Cyprus has been certified as a Great Place to Work®, recognizing its commitment to creating a positive work environment. The certification was based on the Trust Index employee survey, which assessed employee satisfaction and trust. Novartis Cyprus has been operating in the research, development, and distribution of pharmaceutical products since 2009 and employs 38 people. The General Manager of Great Place to Work®, Mr. Kyriakos Iakovides, emphasized that this distinction is proof of Novartis' commitment to employee satisfaction, well-being, and continuous development. This recognition enhances the company's public image and makes it more attractive to talented professionals. The President of Novartis Cyprus & Malta, Mr. Fabio Sperandei, stated that the certification recognizes the culture built within the company, which is based on trust, safety, and respect. He pointed out that 75% of leadership positions are held by women and that the workforce represents six different nationalities, reflecting the company's commitment to diversity and equality. Novartis Cyprus implements policies that promote equal parental leave, continuous education, and active employee participation in social responsibility and volunteer activities. The company has provided access to treatments for more than 60,000 patients in Cyprus.
