Zelensky: No Territorial Concessions - Guarantees First, Then Compromises

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that his country will not make territorial concessions to Russia, despite growing pressure for “realistic solutions.” He mentioned that the United States is reportedly urging Ukraine to accept concessions in exchange for security guarantees, but emphasized that guarantees must come first and be approved by Congress. Zelensky thanked the US for sanctions on Russian fuel companies but called for an expansion of sanctions to the nuclear sector, including Rosatom. He stressed the priority of securing security guarantees before any discussion of compromises.
